The liver is not only the richest source of ready-made vitamin A, but a real nutrient bomb. Steamed carrot and pumpkin are also excellent sources of vitamin A (through carotenes), and they also contain many other useful nutrients. It is therefore better to cover our vitamin A needs from these than to supplement.

Unfortunately, many people do not like or avoid liver, while also not preferring carrot/pumpkin. For them we recommend our product, primarily if they also take vitamin D3. We recommend supplementing the same or twice as many IU of vitamin A as the IU of D3 they consume.

Recommended dosage: We recommend consuming 1-10 drops daily, dripped onto a teaspoon or mixed into food, depending on the vitamin A content of your diet and your vitamin D3 intake. Do not mix into liquid!

Shelf life: Consume within one year after opening. Contamination of the pipette leads to rapid spoilage of the product.
